Seg\u00fan el resultado, tengo un nivel bueno de autocuidado. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 bien!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y sin embargo, yo no lo siento tan as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No ser\u00eda justa conmigo si no reconociera que estoy mejor que nunca. Eso seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy, para m\u00ed, el autocuidado se concreta muchas veces en parar cuando me siento cansada. Parar y no hacer nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y s\u00ed: ya s\u00e9 parar. Al menos mi cuerpo se para. Y eso es un avance enorme. Hace unos a\u00f1os \u2014no muchos\u2014 no me permit\u00eda sentarme sin m\u00e1s, mirar el cielo o cerrar los ojos y escuchar. Ahora s\u00ed. Y cada vez me sale con m\u00e1s facilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aun as\u00ed, me gustar\u00eda que mi cabeza tambi\u00e9n aprendiera a parar. Eso es otro cantar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conf\u00edo en que dentro de unos a\u00f1os alcance ese nuevo nivel\u00f3n de autocuidado y pueda detenerme de forma global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser\u00e1 bonito reconocer ese momento en el que cuerpo y mente, por fin, respiren al mismo comp\u00e1s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ayer particip\u00e9 en una encuesta del \u201cClub de Malas Madres\u201d sobre el autocuidado.
